      Dear John

I have a friend in America that has an aversion to cheese too. Poor cheese industry, that is all I can say 🙂

I am eating chicken and pickle at the moment finishing up some chicken form the other night.

TY for the love John … Recovery college is great … Nice to see some familiar faces.

I repeat the same course several times. I have done the how to tell your story back in 2014 when RC was only F2F. A different story every time.

For anyone interested in John’s work…head over to https://www.livingmentalhealth.com for a fresh, perspective on his brand of healing.

      Dear Abi

      Appreciate the Love Abi.

Gadgets are great, almost, if not magic of sorts.

I have a couple of Livescribes (They had a deal last month). One of my pens (Livescribe 2) lets you draw a piano and you can make tunes. 🙂

I think the course is good, I repeat them to see if there is new knowledge to learn.

Writing as art is useful as a method of exploring…Writing can be a permanent entry into the font of all knowledge. It may be later appended to and amended and positions changed over time as wisdom dictates.

Any hole dug in conversation can have a ladder written to get back out. Why dig the hole in the first place? It is not just passing time, it is exploration of directions not open. Yet? or ever?

Pleased to see you on the course 🙂

I see your avatar. I heed.
